Why I love to teach
I am a psychiatrist and currently focus on patients with mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, and ADHD. I also provide education to primary care providers who find themselves managing patients’ mental health diagnoses. I am a strong believer in the mind-body connection and incorporate nutrition, exercise, meditation, and complementary medicine into my treatment plans.
